The role

For our offices in Switzerland – Liestal or Bern we are looking for a Senior Account Manager that will ​be the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters and will ​further develop and maintain our strong, long-lasting client relationships while implementing effective strategic plans for business growth.  

You will

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters  
  • ​Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships  
  • ​Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits  
  • ​Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors  
  • ​Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives  
  • ​Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders  
  • ​Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas  
  • ​Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)  
  • ​Prepare reports on account status  
  • ​Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory  
  • ​Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed  
  • ​Represent the company at industry events or conferences and build relationships with potential clients.  
  • ​Train and mentor new account management team members, as needed 

You have

  • 3 – 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or other relevant roles 
  • ​A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, who can take initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and creatively solve problems to drive client satisfaction and business success.  
  • ​Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level  
  • ​Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail  
  • ​Excellent listening, presentation and negotiation skills  
  • ​Experience with enterprise digital transformation project in the field of customer experience, digital experience platform, website, analytics, marketing automation 
  • ​English and German language – at least C1 verbal and written skills  



It is an advantage if you

  • Have experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or other Marketing Cloud suites  
  • Have verbal and written professional proficiency in French language
